@jengolbeck @Noleli @jdfoote I did as well and used @jengolbeck ’s as the source. I ended up giving them any combination of media to get to 10k interactions/likes/follow and they never could. The best topped out around 1500-1700.

Is there something like a #Baltimore Almanac that lists the number of employees in each city agency (including BCPS) by year? In my ideal situation, it would go back to 1970.
So I could look up DPW in 1994 and see how many people work there…
